This is a final release that includes the refringed version
to remove subambiguities in S-band.
Problems: AGGO stopped at 19:40. Cable measure cannot be done.
Unit is under maintenance.
BADARY had antenna tracking problems (18:31-18:34).
ISHIOKA did not participate due to antenna motor trouble.
KOKEE RFI on IFB affecting BBC #13.
NYALE13S was tagged along; DBBC2 problems (17:00-18:13).
ONSALA60 had some scans affected by oscillation in subreflector
control system.
RAEGSMAR CableCal module is disconnected. PhaseCal: Detected some
noisy tones near the phasecal tones in the lower frequencies of the XBand.
WETTZELL cable cal was turned off despite the amplitude being
reasonable, turning it off improved the solution.
Parameterization comments: None.
